CFO | Remote | $200K–$260K + Bonus

 CFO Opportunity | Remote | $200K–$260K + Bonus


This is a remote executive leadership opportunity for a strategic, business-minded finance leader with strong FP&A, M&A, and operational finance experience.


The ideal candidate has experience supporting a private equity-backed organization, leading finance through growth, partnering with executive leadership, and helping scale a multi-location business.

Compensation: $200,000–$260,000 base salary + bonus and benefits
Location: Remote

What You’ll Do

• Lead financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, cash management, and FP&A
• Partner with the CEO, executive team, Board, and private equity ownership group
• Build and improve KPIs, dashboards, and financial reporting processes
• Support M&A activity, including due diligence, financial modeling, and post-acquisition integration
• Oversee accounting, treasury, audit, tax, compliance, and financial operations
• Lead and develop a high-performing finance team
• Help build scalable financial systems and processes to support growth


What We’re Looking For

• 10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience
• 3–5+ years in a senior finance leadership role
• Private equity-backed company experience strongly preferred
• Strong FP&A, forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning experience
• M&A experience, including due diligence and integration support
• Experience in multi-location operations
• Background in construction, manufacturing, building products, industrial services, distribution, or a similar industry preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business, or related field required
• MBA, CPA, or CFA preferred
